Bon Voyage Pet Sitting

While you are away, let us check in on your pets and your home.  We will make 2 or more visits to your home daily to make sure your pets are happy and comfortable.  Each 25 minute visit includes walking feeding, refreshing water, playing and pampering.  Home care services included at no additional cost.  Prices are for 2 or more days of service.  Add $10 for a 50 minute visit.

Home Away From Home Boarding

While you are away, you may choose to leave your dog with us.  We accept dogs less than 30 lbs., who are fully housebroken and quiet.  Includes 4 walks per day.  25% off your 2^nd dog.  To avoid a half-day charge, please arrange to pick up your dog before 10 a.m.

Kitty Concierge Cat Sitting

When you can’t drive them, we can drop off and pick up your pet(s)  Add $3.00 for each additional pet   Price is for round-trip service.  Limited service, please call for details

 Concierge Cares Veterinary Service

We can bring your pet(s) to their Vet for a check-up or for an emergency visit.  A pet sitter will stay with  your pet through the duration of the visit and will report back to you with the Vet’s diagnosis and  instructions.  We can also administer medication to your pet—never at any additional cost. Minimum charge of one hour.  $20 per additional hour.

2009 Policies

Monthly Packages:  These visits must be used within two (2) months from date of first visit or remaining visits will be forfeited. 

 Pet Sitting Discounts:  A 5% discount will be given for 2 or more weeks of service.  This discount does not apply to daily dog walking rates.  This discount is non-negotiable.

 Additional Pets:  For walking dogs, add $3.00 per additional dog per visit.  For letting dogs out in yard only, add $1.00 per additional dog per visit.  Cats and small pets are $2.00 per pet per day.

 Out of Area Pricing:  If you live outside of our service area (our service area includes: Mountain Lakes, Parsippany, Morris Plains, Lake Hiawatha, Montville, Boonton and Denville) a mileage surcharge applies:  Less than 10 miles add $1.00 per visit; More than 10 miles add $2.00 per visit.

 Holidays:  There is a $10.00 per visit surcharge for services rendered on all major Holidays.  For in-home boarding, there is a $20.00/night/pet surcharge.

 Payment:  Due prior to the commencement of service.  Payment must be submitted to Lauren Molina via cash or check.  A $30 surcharge will be assessed for any returned checks.

 24 Hour Reservation and Cancellation Policy:  Reservations made within 24 hours of scheduled visit will be assessed a $5.00 surcharge per visit. Reservations cancelled after  8 a.m. the same day as a scheduled visit will not be refunded and will be invoiced in full.

 Refund Policy:  All refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days of cancellation of service.  All unused portions of a service can be refunded at cost minus a 25% cancellation fee.  In the event of death, illness or injury of your pet (proof from Veterinarian is required), you will be refunded 100% of the unused portion of your contracted services.
